the wind cries its symphony —
whiteness as offering

At the edge of the sky, where air grows thin and winds roar, stands the Painter of Summits. Crouched atop an inverted peak, suspended in the impossible, he inscribes whiteness on the heights of the world. With one arm outstretched, he lays the snow like an offering. With the other, he brushes the mountaintop as if bowing a violin — drawing forth a silent symphony of celestial spheres, of wind, stone, and light.

His strength is that of taut silence, of a body wholly offered to balance. The swirling drapery around him is more than fabric: it is cloud, breath, icy murmur. It speaks of trial, of beauty, of the solitude required to paint the unseen. In extreme altitude, snow becomes the answer to a daring hand.

This sculpture gives form to the ungraspable — a trace of soul left at the summit of the world. It speaks of grandeur and harmony, of struggle and grace, of a being’s effort to inscribe beauty even where no gaze may reach. A hymn to vertigo, to creation, to wonder.
